What to Expect
Your treatment begins with a confidential consultation to discuss your goals, medical history and the amount of enhancement you want.
During the procedure, a local anesthetic is used to numb the area before hyaluronic acid filler is placed beneath the skin of the penile shaft. Dr. Godley then checks the shape and distribution of the filler and makes any needed adjustments.
You can leave the clinic the same day, and most patients return to regular activities within 24 to 48 hours. The filler remains moldable for the first three to five days, so you will receive instructions to help it settle evenly. Sexual activity must be avoided for at least seven days.

The ideal candidate is a healthy adult man who wants to increase penile girth or flaccid length without surgery. There is no set age limit, with patients ranging from their 20s to their 70s. Both circumcised and uncircumcised men can be treated. Most healthy men with realistic expectations are suitable for the procedure.
How does penis filler compare to penis enlargement surgery?
Surgical options such as penoplasty, implants and fat transfer typically require general anesthesia and several weeks of recovery, with risks including scarring and nerve damage. Penis filler takes less than an hour, requires no surgery and has considerably less recovery time. Unlike permanent surgical procedures, hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an injectable enzyme to reverse the enhancement.
About the filler
Penis filler uses the same types of injectable materials commonly used in medical aesthetics. These products add volume beneath the skin and are carefully selected based on your anatomy, treatment history and desired result.
Revanesse® Versa+: The primary hyaluronic acid filler used. It remains moldable for three to five days as it settles.
Hyaluronic acid: A substance naturally found in the body that can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed. Its use for penile enhancement is considered off label.
Radiesse®: An option for experienced patients who want a longer lasting result. It is blended with hyaluronic acid, but its collagen stimulating portion cannot be dissolved and wears off gradually. Available for an additional cost.
Is Penis Filler Safe?
Penis filler is a medical procedure, so side effects and complications are possible. Swelling, bruising and tenderness are expected during recovery. Infection, filler migration and vascular occlusion are rare but require prompt medical attention.

Does penis filler hurt?

How much bigger can penis filler make you?
