Non-Surgical Face Lift
Non-Surgical Face Lift in Vancouver B.C.
Most treatments at a typical Botox clinic focus on what you see on the surface, often starting and ending with softening wrinkles. While that can help, it does not always address what is happening deeper in the tissue.
Dr. Mark Godley’s approach is built around two key ideas: restoring tissue health and layering treatments. Facial changes rarely come from a single cause. Loss of support, changes in position, and muscle movement often happen at the same time, and treating only one can lead to short term or unbalanced results.
The goal is not simply to soften lines or add volume, but to restore skin and tissue health in a way that looks natural and avoids an overtreated appearance.
Dr. Godley’s 5-Point facial rejuvenation is based on these principles:
-
Every plan starts with what brought you in. Dr. Mark Godley looks beyond the surface concern to understand what is actually causing it. For example, what looks like a “line” or “hollowing” may be related to changes in structure, skin quality, or positioning. Treatment is based on the underlying issue, not just the visible symptom.
-
This is the foundation. As support changes, the face can start to look less defined. Biostimulating treatments such as Radiesse and Sculptra are used here to support tissue and stimulate collagen, helping rebuild a stronger base over time.
-
Once support is in place, the next step is repositioning. Thread lifts are used to physically reposition tissue in areas like the midface or jawline. This addresses loose tissue at its source rather than compensating with volume.
-
Subtle enhancements are used to restore balance, including fillers for the profile or nose, and neuromodulators to soften lines.
-
The face is often treated first, but the lips, neck, and hands are just as visible. When these areas are not addressed, they can contrast with the face. This step brings everything into alignment. Lip filler treatments refine shape, hydration, and colour. The neck and hands are treated to improve skin quality and support, so they better match the face.
Patient Case Studies
Patient Case Study #1
This case reflects a treatment plan focused on restoring skin and tissue health, with a finishing detail to refine the nose profile. In a more conventional approach, treatment may focus on softening lines with Botox and adding volume with fillers for a quicker change, but often with less natural results.
Treatment plan includes: Botox, Radiesse, PRF, and thread lifts. Treatments are performed over time as part of a personalized plan.
Patient Case Study #2
This case reflects a treatment plan focused on facial balance and tissue health, with a finishing detail of lip filler to add subtle volume and colour. Refinements included Radiesse in the temples to help the eyes appear more open, and Radiesse in the chin and jaw to balance the profile, along with dermal filler to lift the nose tip.
Treatment plan includes: Botox, dermal filler, Radiesse, and thread lifts. Treatments are performed over time as part of a personalized plan.
Patient Case Study #3
This case reflects a treatment plan focused on tissue health and hormone health. Biostimulators were used to improve skin elasticity, with a thread lift to define the jawline. The patient is also part of the Longevity program, supporting internal health factors that affect the skin.
Treatment plan includes: Botox, Rich PL, Radiesse, Thread Lift and Longevity program for overall health. Treatments are performed over time as part of a personalized plan.
