Your Guide to Treating Under-Eye Concerns

The under-eye area is one of the most delicate parts of the face — and also one of the most commonly asked-about. Darkness, puffiness, fine lines, or a hollow look... it can be tough to treat, and even tougher to know what actually works.

That’s why your journey always begins with a personal consultation. Dr. Godley takes time to understand what you’re seeing in the mirror — and the kind of change you’re looking for. Based on your goals, he may recommend one or a combination of the following treatments:

PRP PRF for under eyes

PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin)

This treatment uses your blood (specifically the healing and growth factors inside it) to naturally restore the under-eye area. It’s great for improving texture and tone and is often done in 1–2 sessions, spaced about a month apart.

Radiesse Before & After

Radiesse to the Midface (Not under the eyes!)

Instead of injecting directly into the under-eye area, we can lift the cheeks with Radiesse. This can gently reduce under-eye hollowness by supporting the midface—safe, effective, and natural-looking.

Before & After Thread Lift Under Eyes

Mono Threads

These are ultra-fine threads (about the size of a hair) placed just beneath the skin. As they dissolve, they stimulate collagen. This is often our go-to for softening fine lines under the eyes with little to no downtime.

Amanda Morpheus8 Eyes

Morpheus8 (RF Microneedling)

We use a special setting for the under-eye area to safely stimulate deep collagen production. It’s great for firming up skin, reducing fine lines, and improving overall texture.

Plexr Plasma Pen

A needle-free treatment that uses plasma energy to gently resurface the skin. It can help thicken and tighten the under-eye area over time—without adding volume.

Vitamin Peptide “Light Eyes” Treatments

This under-eye cocktail includes hyaluronic acid, B vitamins, peptides, and antioxidants. Done every 2–3 weeks in a short series, it hydrates, brightens, and helps with dark circles and puffiness.
