Cancellation Policy

Consults & Botox

Please give at least 3 days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less notice will be charged $100.

All other procedures

Please give at least 5 days' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made with less notice will be charged 50% of the service cost.

Zero Tolerance Policy
